We do not currently take orders online for delivery outside of the UK. Please contact us to discuss international postage costs.

Delivery is calculated individually depending on the product. It is shown after adding the product to your shopping cart. All items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, as this service offers insurance for ceramics. If the goods you receive have been damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything brought from us, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note (valid for 6 months), provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. Returns must be made within 28 days with proof of purchase, with return postage costs covered by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
