Please note that all our products are handmade and, therefore, may have slight variations in form, measurements and colour to the images shown. 

We will make every effort to dispatch orders within 2 working days. All orders will be sent via Special Delivery, apart from very small items such as jewellery and magnets, which will be send by First Class Mail. As we are a small business, on rare occasions it may take up to a week to dispatch an order. If you need your chosen items urgently, please contact us via phone or email so that we are aware of any deadline you may have.
